Manuel Giuliani Architecture is an Architectural firm specializing in fine custom residential projects. Our portfolio includes a combination of new homes, additions, renovations and accessory buildings, such as pool pavilions and pergolas. These projects include designs in a variety of styles that reflect our clients' taste and individuality.
Each of our designs evolves from specific site conditions, client's programmatic needs, goals and dreams. We strive to create exciting designs, and uplifting environments for our clients.
Our design process begins with a careful and in-depth study of the project requirements, constraints, and more importantly we listen to our clients and help them bring their vision to fruition.
Our firm also specializes in 3D Computer Modeling, which is a unique tool that allows our clients to experience a virtual representation of their projects before they are actually built.
